We offer this service to ensure that the home you potentially buy and live in is, indeed, Dry Inside and that no hidden detectable moisture may lead to structural damage or may cause adverse health effects. Upon the completion of our services, HCI issues a Dry Score™ Certificate of Moisture Content to you, the home buyer. Our Certificate:

• Specifically identifies each home physical address
• Has a unique certificate number, dated and signed by the independent Home Certified, Inc. technician, and
• Specifies the individual moisture content readings recorded by room.
